Do you have a store which I can visit?

Yes, we do. We'd love to met you in person. Pop into the White Elm Garden Centre in Bicknacre where we'll be pleased to see you. Our full address and opening times are at the bottom of the page.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes! Collecting in store is free, we'll notify you when it's ready, this is usually within 24 hours during our standard opening hours. Just select Pick Up during the checkout process.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We work quickly to get your order dispatched. Orders are processed on our standard opening days and should be received 2-4 business days afterwards.

I haven't received my order confirmation email

Our emails are sent fairly quickly, but can take up to a few hours in extreme cases. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your junk/spam folders. Otherwise please contact us and we can assist.

My item has arrived damaged. What shall I do?

We're sorry to hear of that. Please contact us and we will rectify the issue.

Can you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we can. We can currently ship to Denmark, Ireland and USA through our website. If you require shipping to another country feel free to contact us and we'll do our best.
